Job Summary

Serving as a blended Project Manager and Technical Lead, the full-time AI Service Delivery Lead will manage AI, automation, and marketing technology initiatives, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a Project Manager and Technical Lead across various initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements, user stories, and implementation considerations
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and communications

Required qualifications

• High School diploma with 14 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
• 7+ years of experience in project management, technology delivery, or business analysis
• Demonstrated ability in gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Technical exposure to IT projects, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow automation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or similar platforms
