AI Skill Engineer

Job Summary

As an AI Skill Engineer, the full-time remote position will develop reusable AI components for a next-generation IDE, focusing on creating, optimizing, and scaling AI solutions for multimodal applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ready-made skills for common AI tasks, including text analysis and agentic workflows
• Optimize prompts across various models through A/B testing and performance measurement
• Design and implement RAG integrations and agentic pipelines while documenting best practices

Required qualifications

• Technical education in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field (completed or in progress)
• Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) and hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT and Claude
• Experience in prompt engineering, including optimization and A/B testing
• Proficiency in Python for creating integrations and automation
• Strong analytical skills with a systematic approach to designing scalable solutions
