Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Practitioner - AI Skills Assessment Validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete practitioner-level skills assessments for validation and standard-setting purposes
• Provide feedback through a short post-assessment survey for each assessment completed
• Ensure assessments are completed within the defined access window, typically 5 business days

Required Qualifications

• Current professional experience in the AI content area
• Hands-on knowledge of ethical frameworks in AI system design and evaluation
• Experience with bias mitigation and accountability in AI workflows
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and generative AI models
• Understanding of machine learning model training and evaluation processes
