AI Skills Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

To support the integration of AI productivity platforms, the part-time AI Skills Enablement Specialist will assess workflows, design targeted training sessions, and develop resources to enhance AI fluency across departments while working remotely for 15-20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess workflows and identify areas where AI can add value, creating tailored training interventions
• Deliver live and self-guided training sessions, including interactive workshops and reusable tutorials
• Document productivity gains and create a knowledge base of resources for teams to utilize independently

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training, learning & development, operations, or change management
• Demonstrated comfort with AI tools, with direct experience using generative AI in work
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple training cohorts and metrics
• Ability to diagnose workflow inefficiencies and design practical solutions
• Willingness to learn and rapidly become proficient in LenaI and Lenwork platforms
