AI SOC Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing Professional Services team, the remote AI SOC Solutions Architect will design and implement AI-driven SOC automation for enterprise customers, transforming their security operations into automated workflows that reduce analyst workload and mean time to respond.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven SOC automation, creating workflows that triage, enrich, investigate, and respond to security alerts
• Translate existing SOC processes into automated workflows on the Torq platform, enhancing operational efficiency
• Own end-to-end technical delivery for strategic accounts, ensuring measurable outcomes within weeks of deployment

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years in a technical security role, such as SOC analyst or Solutions Architect in cybersecurity
• Hands-on understanding of SOC operations, including alert triage and incident response lifecycle
• Experience with core detection tools, including at least one SIEM and one EDR/XDR
• Proficiency in automation and integration skills, including experience with Python, Bash, or Go, and fluency with REST APIs
• Practical knowledge of applied AI, including prompt engineering and agent behavior evaluation
