Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software developer
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience with agentic engineering and spec-driven development techniques
• Strong understanding of object-oriented software techniques and ER data modeling concepts
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
