AI Software Developer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI capabilities in dental software, the full-time remote AI Software Developer will design, build, test, and deliver production AI solutions, including intelligent agents and machine learning models, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Designing, building, testing, and delivering production AI capabilities and intelligent workflows
• Developing AI-powered products that automate clinical, operational, financial, and patient-facing workflows
• Building, training, evaluating, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models in production

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience building scalable SaaS applications
• 2+ years designing, building, and deploying production AI applications or intelligent workflow solutions
• Strong expertise in modern backend development, particularly with Python or similar technologies
• Experience training, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production
• Familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures
