AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

Passionate about applied AI, the full-time remote AI Software Engineer will contribute to building and maintaining agentic AI workflows, improve knowledge-retrieval systems, and collaborate closely with a dedicated team in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain agentic AI workflows using LangGraph and extend the library of MCP servers
• Enhance the RAG pipelines that support knowledge-retrieval systems primarily using Python
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team to share ideas and ensure visible contributions to projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• 2-3 years of software development experience with strong Python fundamentals
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML tooling, including LLM APIs and retrieval-augmented generation patterns
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and transition between prototyping and production-quality code
• Curiosity about networking or enterprise infrastructure is preferred
