AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agentic AI Software Engineer (AI Training).

Key Responsibilities

• Developing objective, verifiable criteria (rubrics) to evaluate system performance
• Reviewing system logs and refactoring code to improve execution paths
• Testing systems for vulnerabilities, including unauthorized access and edge-case failures

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation
• Strong command of at least two major programming languages and experience with SQL databases
• Practical experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions
• Experience providing clear technical feedback on complex system behaviors
