AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on AI Software Engineer for a remote, full-time position focused on leveraging modern AI tools to enhance software development processes, improve engineering velocity, and deliver high-quality software solutions for the agriculture industry.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test, ship, and maintain high-quality software across the platform, collaborating with Product and Design teams
• Utilize modern AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and testing, ensuring code quality and maintainability
• Design and implement AI-enabled product features while evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy and reliability

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong background in at least one backend or full-stack programming language
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies
• Proficiency in building web applications, APIs, and integrations on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, including version control, CI/CD, and testing
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills
