AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced software engineers will find a full-time remote opportunity as an AI Software Engineer, responsible for shaping AI offerings, integrating AI into products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered features to deliver customer value and integrate LLMs with existing products
• Collaborate with AI Platform engineers to shape foundational AI systems and tooling that support product teams
• Mentor other engineers and foster a collaborative engineering culture while making pragmatic tradeoffs in product development

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of industry experience as a software engineer
• Experience shipping LLM-backed products and familiarity with prompting, RAG, and/or agent frameworks
• Proficiency in designing, building, and scaling full-stack applications, including backend systems, APIs, and frontend interfaces
• Experience improving AI systems and creating evaluation sets to drive quality enhancements
• Background in rapidly scaling startups or large companies with a focus on action-oriented environments
