AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time AI Software Engineer on the AI Core Team, the successful candidate will design and build agentic AI systems, integrate large language models, and develop infrastructure for advanced AI pipelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain agentic AI pipelines and workflows for decision support tasks
• Integrate and fine-tune large language models, including prompt engineering and model evaluation
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems grounded in trusted data

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with a strong grasp of software fundamentals
• Solid foundation in Python and JavaScript, with skills in full-stack development using Node.js, Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and tooling (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI APIs)
• Experience with RAG pipelines and knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services
