AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing digital transformation program, the full-time remote AI Software Engineer will design, build, and optimize AI-powered products and platforms, focusing on LLM applications and agentic AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI systems and end-to-end solutions using machine learning and generative AI technologies
• Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications and agentic AI solutions that can execute actions within controlled business processes
• Build data and inference pipelines, ensuring model performance, reliability, and compliance with governance standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in training, evaluating, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models in production
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building AI agents for multi-step tasks
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks like Flask or Django for API development
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as data pipelines for AI applications
