AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a hands-on builder, the full-time remote AI Software Engineer will focus on scaling engineering practices and developing production AI agents, while driving innovation in AI workflows and ensuring quality standards for AI-generated code.

Key responsibilities

• Scale engineering with AI and drive spec-driven development workflows across the team
• Define and evolve quality gates for AI-generated code and build production AI agents on the enterprise stack
• Design for operational readiness and own evaluations and guardrails for agents in production

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent, relevant experience
• 8+ years of professional software development experience with proven ownership of at least one system or domain end-to-end
• Production experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and agent development
• Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, along with experience in agent/orchestration frameworks
• Strong problem decomposition skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous cross-functional tasks
