Job Summary
Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time AI Software Engineer will ship and evolve full-stack features for the AiOn agentic AI platform, focusing on UI, API, and backend services while ensuring reliability and performance across distributed systems.
Key responsibilities
- Ship and evolve full-stack features from UI through API to agent logic
- Build and extend the agent framework, including tool and function calling, multi-step reasoning, and context management
- Improve reliability, robustness, and latency across a distributed, event-driven backend while maintaining guardrails for safe execution
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building production full-stack or backend software
- Recent hands-on experience integrating LLMs into user-facing production applications
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript/React
- Production experience deploying and running services on AWS
- Track record of improving reliability, performance, and maintainability of production systems
