Job Summary

To enhance cloud-hosted web applications, the full-time salaried AI Software Engineer IV will design, develop, and test software while mentoring junior team members and leading code reviews in a collaborative agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document cloud-hosted web applications, ensuring quality through unit tests and automated acceptance tests
• Lead peer code reviews and guide the team in best practice design patterns while using AI-assisted development tools
• Mentor junior team members and operate independently to set priorities and goals for technical growth

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, particularly with C#/.NET and SQL Server
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and modernizing legacy frontends
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants or agentic tools
• Ability to critically review and test AI-generated code
• Recognition as an emerging technical leader within the team
