AI Software Engineering Mentor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an External Contractor - Mentor for the AI-Powered Software Engineer track.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for students over an online community forum
• Host one weekly live virtual session to offer direct, real-time support to students
• Redirect learners to appropriate support channels and escalate issues to the Mentor Operations team when needed

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of industry experience or a master's degree in the relevant field
• Strong proficiency in Python or a similar backend language
• Solid experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and scalable test design
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools in real development workflows
• Experience teaching technical concepts or organizing technical talks or webinars
