Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile + DevOps delivery, managing planning, development, testing, release, and support activities
• Contribute to full stack and cloud engineering across Azure platforms, modern UI frameworks, and backend services
• Collaborate on solution architecture and design enterprise AI and GenAI solutions, ensuring compliance with responsible AI standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and solution delivery
• Expertise in Microsoft agent ecosystem and enterprise agent platform components
• Familiarity with internal AI governance and responsible agent development practices
• Exposure to orchestration, tools, observability, and governance in AI solutions
