Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture for an AI-driven Research Assistant Copilot for Tax professionals
• Lead implementation of Microsoft Copilot and related capabilities, ensuring accuracy and explainability of AI insights
• Architect knowledge ingestion pipelines from various data sources and define prompt engineering strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI solution architecture
• Strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly with Microsoft Copilot
• Domain understanding of tax and professional services research
• Experience with AI/ML architecture and implementation
• Knowledge of integration between internal and external data sources
