AI Solution Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time salaried AI Solution Architect will design and lead the delivery of AI solutions for clients, focusing on RAG pipeline architecture and agentic workflow design while managing a team of developers and consultants in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with client needs
• Manage project planning, governance, and communication to ensure successful AI delivery
• Define best practice methodologies for AI solution delivery and contribute to internal AI development initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or AI/ML engineering, preferably in financial services
• Hands-on experience with RAG application architectures and Azure AI Foundry
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in cloud data platforms like Azure and AWS
• Strong understanding of the Asset and Wealth Management value chain and investment products
• Experience leading teams in an implementation or consulting environment
