Job Summary
Serving as a senior strategic and technical lead, the full-time remote AI Solution Architect will drive enterprise AI transformation engagements, advise C-suite stakeholders, and design comprehensive solution architectures to enhance customer success and value realization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead enterprise AI transformation engagements from opportunity identification to operating model design and value realization
- Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes and architectural integrity
- Develop and implement AI adoption strategies, including readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement plans
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise architecture, or a senior technology advisory role focused on AI and digital transformation
- Proven track record in facilitating executive AI strategy engagements and managing complex, multi-stakeholder AI projects
- Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, data quality, and compliance frameworks
- AI domain knowledge, including Generative AI, AI Agents, and knowledge graph principles
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform and relevant certifications are desirable
