AI Solution Engineer

Job Summary

As a key member of a remote-first culture, the AI Solution Engineer will partner with business leaders and product teams to identify AI adoption opportunities, design and implement solutions, and build internal capabilities for sustained impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured assessments to identify workflows for AI-driven efficiency improvements and create prioritized opportunity backlogs
• Architect and prototype AI solutions, including LLM integrations and intelligent automation, from concept through production
• Act as the technical bridge between stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business requirements into actionable AI solution designs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or a related technical field, with a proven track record of deploying production systems
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions, including LLM-based applications
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms and experience with AI/ML services
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java, with experience in building APIs and integrating AI components
