Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• An MBA or similar experience in technology and business operations is advantageous
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously
• Experience with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy
• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and engineering workflows
