AI Solution Strategist

Job Summary

Operating remotely, the full-time AI Solution Strategist will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents, serving as a strategic partner to customers while managing multiple complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into high-performing AI agents and lead delivery across concurrent projects
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
• Utilize performance data to drive actionable insights and improve customer outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects in demanding environments
• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and engineering workflows
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical details to non-technical audiences
