AI Solution Strategist

Job Summary

Operating remotely as a full-time AI Solution Strategist, the candidate will manage the intersection of AI product strategy, pre-sales, and customer success, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to define and launch conversational AI agents for large-scale customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to customers, facilitating the adoption of AI initiatives
• Convert business requirements into high-performing AI agents while leading multiple concurrent projects
• Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle, using data-driven insights to enhance outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects and rally cross-functional teams
• Experience with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy
• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and product management workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical details for non-technical audiences
