Job Summary

Generating demand for AI-native solutions, the full-time AI Solutions Advisor will conduct discovery calls, identify opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to enhance resident experiences in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate demand through targeted outreach initiatives and conduct high-volume AI discovery calls with public sector prospects
  • Own opportunity progression from initial conversation through qualification, partnering with sales and technical teams
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of meetings and opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales, solution consulting, or discovery-focused role at a software company
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting a high volume of customer meetings and discussions
  • Fluency in AI, automation, and agentic concepts with the ability to discuss their application in customer workflows
  • Experience in public sector or govtech environments, including familiarity with government procurement and budget cycles
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene
