Job Summary

Supporting demand generation efforts, the full-time Associate AI Solutions Advisor will engage with public sector prospects, conduct discovery calls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and enhance customer experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Support targeted outreach initiatives and demand generation efforts in partnership with the AI GTM strategy team
  • Participate in discovery calls to identify customer pain points and potential AI automation opportunities
  • Assist in pre-sales activities, maintaining accurate pipeline activity and opportunity updates in Salesforce
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as pre-sales, solution consulting, or business development at a software company
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies with the ability to discuss business value
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Curiosity and strong discovery skills, with the ability to connect customer challenges to potential solutions
  • Public sector or govtech interest or experience is a plus
