Job Summary
Supporting demand generation efforts, the full-time Associate AI Solutions Advisor will engage with public sector prospects, conduct discovery calls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and enhance customer experiences in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support targeted outreach initiatives and demand generation efforts in partnership with the AI GTM strategy team
- Participate in discovery calls to identify customer pain points and potential AI automation opportunities
- Assist in pre-sales activities, maintaining accurate pipeline activity and opportunity updates in Salesforce
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as pre-sales, solution consulting, or business development at a software company
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies with the ability to discuss business value
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Curiosity and strong discovery skills, with the ability to connect customer challenges to potential solutions
- Public sector or govtech interest or experience is a plus
