AI Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

To support clients in identifying and implementing AI solutions, the remote contract AI Solutions Analyst will engage with stakeholders to uncover operational challenges, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver AI-enabled workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery engagements with client teams to document workflows and identify operational challenges
• Translate business problems into user stories, requirements, and AI use case summaries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI solutions and prepare implementation roadmaps

Required qualifications

• Experience in consulting, business analysis, project coordination, or product management
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI technologies and their business applications
• Strong business analysis skills, including documentation and problem structuring
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms
• Familiarity with workflow documentation and process mapping
