AI Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect Post-Sales to join their customer success team, specializing in the AI security space.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to design and implement secure deployments of AI security solutions
• Provide expert technical consultation on infrastructure, containerization, and cloud networking
• Act as the primary technical point of contact post-sale, ensuring customers achieve their security objectives

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a post-sales, customer success, or solutions engineering role (AI, security, or cloud-based products preferred)
• Strong experience with Docker and containerized workloads; familiarity with Kubernetes is highly desirable
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including cloud networking concepts
• Python programming experience required; familiarity with AI/ML workflows is a plus
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a passion for helping customers succeed
