AI Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Driving enterprise AI solutions, the full-time AI Solutions Architect will partner with business leaders to design and deploy AI-driven solutions that automate workflows, improve quality, and reduce costs, while working in a hybrid environment with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high-impact opportunities for automation and improvement by collaborating with leaders across various business functions
• Architect and develop AI agents and workflows, ensuring integration with enterprise systems and scalability
• Lead the delivery of AI solutions from concept to implementation, focusing on measurable outcomes and robust architecture

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in data and/or systems engineering, with 3-5 years in machine learning or AI-driven platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proficiency in modern AI/ML frameworks and tools, such as Glean, Claude, and Co-pilot Enterprise
• Strong system design and architecture capabilities with a focus on NLP and conversational AI
• Proven experience in building and deploying AI systems into production environments
