AI Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Driving enterprise AI solutions, the full-time AI Solutions Architect will partner with business leaders to design and deploy AI-driven solutions that automate workflows and improve quality, while working in a hybrid environment with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Key responsibilities

• Work with business leaders to identify and translate complex workflows into AI-driven solutions with measurable ROI
• Architect and develop AI agents and automation pipelines integrated with enterprise systems
• Rapidly prototype and productionize solutions, ensuring they deliver measurable outcomes and adhere to AI architecture standards

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in data/systems engineering, with 3-5 years focused on machine learning or AI-driven platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Proficiency in modern AI/ML frameworks and tools, such as Glean and Claude
• Strong system design and architecture capabilities, with a solid understanding of NLP and conversational AI
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI systems into production
