AI Solutions Architect

Job Summary

As a Solutions Architect - AI, the remote professional will lead strategic engagements to help customers adopt and operationalize AI-powered applications using LaunchDarkly, focusing on feature management, safe experimentation, and AI governance.

Key responsibilities:

• Support Professional Services engagements for AI-enabled and traditional software delivery, aligning customer goals with best practices
• Partner with customers to implement feature management in LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows
• Contribute to reference implementations and prototypes, writing production-quality code that demonstrates best practices

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years in enterprise software, platform engineering, or solutions architecture with a hands-on, consultative approach
• Proficiency in writing production-quality code in modern languages (Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Go, or similar)
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar approaches
• Ability to guide customers in DevOps, CI/CD, and modern release practices
• Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Linux, and containers
