AI Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the contracted AI Solutions Architect will collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture teams to design and implement multi-agent AI platforms, manage context strategies, and establish governance standards, all while working remotely with US time zone overlap.

Key responsibilities

• Review current AI initiatives to identify consolidation opportunities and collaborate on a unified platform strategy
• Design reference architecture for multi-agent orchestration and intent classification, ensuring effective context management
• Establish AI safety and governance standards, including prompt governance practices and platform resiliency patterns

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software/ML architecture with 5+ years in enterprise AI
• Proven experience in designing and shipping multi-agent AI platforms capable of handling thousands of concurrent sessions
• Expertise in building real-time conversational AI systems with session memory and context management
• Experience architecting RAG pipelines and managing tradeoffs related to chunking, embedding drift, and retrieval quality
• Familiarity with multiple LLM providers and the tradeoffs in cost, latency, quality, and reliability
