AI Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Driving the Quality-at-Source vision, the full-time AI Solutions Architect will lead quality standards and tooling across engineering teams, champion Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and transform the development lifecycle to be proactive and AI-powered, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and transformation of legacy quality assurance processes into modern frameworks with continuous improvement
- Establish and implement TDD and BDD methodologies across the application portfolio to ensure code quality
- Define and govern verification and validation standards for AI-driven applications within the software development lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Minimum of seven years of relevant experience, including prior management or supervisory roles
- Strong background in software development, particularly in languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Proven experience in deploying TDD and BDD at an enterprise scale
- Experience with AI-assisted development and building validation processes for AI outputs
