AI Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Solutions Architect will manage the technical lifecycle of AI solutions across various business units, ensuring alignment between business needs and production readiness while leading initiatives to maximize AI tooling investments.
Key responsibilities
- Review and triage incoming AI workflow requests, assessing feasibility and recommending technical paths and timelines
- Collaborate with IT and Enterprise Systems teams to translate business use cases into technical specifications and ensure production-readiness
- Design, build, and maintain AI workflows and internal tooling, ensuring compliance with governance standards and documentation requirements
Required qualifications
- Experience with enterprise AI tools such as Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or Azure AI
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and API integration
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments
- Strong project management skills, including intake triage and queue ownership
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
