AI Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a visionary and hands-on AI Solutions Architect, this full-time remote position will own the definition, packaging, technical design, and delivery methodology for AI testing offerings, collaborating with sales and delivery teams to drive the AI business forward.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the AI service catalog, tracking key metrics to demonstrate quality and ROI
• Collaborate with sales teams to support pre-deal discovery and articulate the value proposition of AI testing
• Execute comprehensive system-level breakdowns of client AI stack components to formulate tailored testing approaches

Required qualifications

• Extensive practical experience in developing, training, or fine-tuning machine learning models and data pipelines
• Deep familiarity with modern LLM evaluation frameworks and metric-driven validation ecosystems
• Direct experience with autonomous agent architectures and multi-agent systems
• Strong software engineering foundations, including proficiency in complex systems
• Proven client-facing experience in leading discovery calls and managing stakeholder workshops
