AI Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Leading high-impact customer engagements, the full-time remote AI Solutions Consultant will design and deploy ClickUp Certified Agents to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort while partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and align agent deployments with business priorities and success metrics
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Certified Agent engagements, including configuration, testing, and launch readiness
• Establish and track KPIs to demonstrate business impact and identify expansion opportunities for agent use cases

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS, such as Professional Services or Implementation Consulting
• Experience delivering AI-enabled automation solutions in production environments
• Strong project management skills with proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
• Deep understanding of process mapping, solution design, and hands-on configuration in workflow platforms
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts and structured memory in agent configuration
