Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS
• Experience with AI-enabled automation and complex multi-stakeholder implementations
• Strong project management and process mapping skills
• Hands-on experience with configuration and troubleshooting in workflow platforms
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol concepts and structured memory configurations
