Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Solutions Consultant to serve as a technical partner for enterprise customers in implementing AI-powered automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions
• Lead technical discovery to design agent architectures and identify automation opportunities
• Own integrations between AI agents and customer systems, ensuring successful implementations and smooth go-lives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Implementation Engineer
• Hands-on experience in building or deploying AI/LLM-powered solutions
• Experience with middleware platforms, iPaaS tools, and integration architecture
• Track record of managing enterprise customer engagements and successful implementations
• Strong technical credibility to lead architectural discussions and solve complex integration challenges
