AI Solutions Developer

Job Summary

To drive operational efficiency, the full-time AI Solutions Developer will design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and dashboards, working remotely within cross-functional teams to automate workflows and enhance compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build an interactive multi-page dashboard for tracking compliance timelines and prerequisites across multiple countries
• Partner with program and compliance leads to identify automation opportunities and architect technical solutions
• Develop AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve operational processes across various functions within the organization

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or software technical program management with hands-on coding
• Proven experience building agentic AI workflows and applications using Python, SQL, and modern web frameworks
• Demonstrated proficiency in deploying AI/ML tools in a production environment
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and system integration
• Experience designing and building dashboards or interactive web applications
