AI Solutions Developer

Job Summary

Excited about leveraging AI to enhance business operations, the full-time AI Solutions Developer will build internal tools and customer-facing features using LLMs while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build internal tools and customer-facing features on top of LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models)
• Design and maintain prompt chains, RAG pipelines, and agent workflows
• Prototype rapidly, often going from idea to working demo in days

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrable proof of using AI to create value-additive tools and products
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (function calling, streaming, embeddings, fine-tuning)
• Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) and prompt engineering patterns
• Strong product instinct with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with experience in creating new reporting to identify root causes of problems
