AI Solutions Developer

Job Summary

Supporting the development and implementation of AI solutions, the full-time AI Solutions Developer will collaborate with the AI Solutions & Implementation Specialist to build, test, and deploy AI-enabled tools in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and deployment of AI-powered applications and workflows across internal initiatives
• Implement application components and services based on technical specifications provided by the AI Solutions & Implementation Specialist
• Develop and maintain Python-based services, APIs, and backend components used in AI-enabled systems

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in software development or AI-related technical roles
• Experience developing applications or services using Python or similar programming languages
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
• Understanding of prompt engineering principles for working with large language models
• Basic understanding of system design principles, including modular architecture and service interactions
