Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of a digital tool for generating and organizing qualitative evidence for policy analysis
• Incorporate AI-enabled functionalities for systematic analysis of qualitative and quantitative information
• Facilitate user-oriented outputs through dashboards and reporting features, ensuring usability and ethical considerations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Formal training in AI/ML, digital product development, or software systems design
• Experience in designing and developing AI-enabled digital tools or applications
• Proven full-stack development experience, including frontend and backend systems
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications relevant to qualitative data collection and reporting
