AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

AI Solutions Engineer, a full-time remote position, is responsible for leading technical implementations of AI tools, providing technical sales support, and ensuring customer success through training and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical implementations and custom integrations of AI tools for enterprise customers
• Provide technical expertise during the sales cycle and serve as the primary technical contact for key accounts
• Train customer teams on product capabilities and create technical documentation and resources

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Python
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and enterprise software integrations
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and familiarity with major AI platforms
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and services
