AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer - Agentic Workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic workflows and guided coaches for various customer-facing personas
• Engage with customers to understand workflows, identify problems, and define desired outcomes
• Translate business processes into structured agent logic and maintain evaluation harnesses for agent performance

Required Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and understanding of customer workflows
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering or value consulting
• Ability to create structured, scalable workflows from ambiguous processes
• Experience writing PRDs, workflow diagrams, and similar documentation
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL, JSON, and enterprise systems
