AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist Solutions Engineer with an AI focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with executive leadership and senior AI stakeholders to guide their AI journey with the company's technologies
• Support technical discovery sessions and architecture reviews, translating business requirements into platform solutions
• Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and manage multiple concurrent engagements while delivering results against timelines

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering or a comparable customer-facing technical role
• Demonstrated expertise in API design and management principles
• Hands-on experience with AIOps platforms or tooling
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems and containerization technologies
