AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing AI initiative, the full-time remote AI Solutions Engineer will identify high-leverage AI opportunities, prototype internal tools and automations, and collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize workflows where AI can deliver significant impact through assessments and listening tours
• Develop and validate prototypes for internal automation, reusable prompt systems, and AI-enabled tools
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to understand workflow needs and build business cases for AI investments

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, automation, or internal tooling
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and APIs, including prompt engineering and context management
• Proficiency in programming, preferably in Go and/or Python
• Experience integrating APIs and automations across various SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of security and responsible AI use in development processes
