AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on AI solution design and delivery, the full-time AI Solutions Engineer will develop and implement large language model solutions, automate workflows using Python, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI/LLM use cases and translate business challenges into practical AI solutions and prototypes
• Develop Python scripts and applications to automate tasks and support AI-enabled workflows
• Evaluate AI tools and outputs for usability, accuracy, and operational readiness while documenting prototypes for future use

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in technology, AI/LLM solutioning, or automation
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python, AI/LLM tools, and prompt engineering
• Experience developing structured prompts and reusable prompt engineering methods
• Strong technical writing skills for producing technical briefs and implementation guidance
