AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support the People function, the full-time remote AI Solutions Engineer will build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered systems, transforming business requirements into production applications while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and ship AI agents, APIs, and applications on the internal platform, managing the full lifecycle from architecture to deployment
• Translate messy business requirements into production systems, integrating with existing tools like Workday and Notion
• Design reliability infrastructure for multi-model LLM services, ensuring quality controls and system stability

Required qualifications:

• Strong foundation in software engineering with experience in deploying and maintaining production applications
• Proficient in systems thinking and technical architecture, with a solid understanding of databases, APIs, and deployment pipelines
• Demonstrated ability to build systems independently, identifying problems and designing solutions without predefined specifications
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Familiarity with Python and a capacity for evaluating code and architecture decisions
