AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Solutions Engineer will accelerate the adoption of AI tools within the Professional Services team by identifying use cases, implementing solutions, and measuring impact while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Build AI Deployment Accelerators to automate data mapping and documentation for product deployments
• Audit workflows to identify AI opportunities and perform cost-benefit analyses for leadership
• Design and code autonomous AI agents using frameworks and implement governance for agentic solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services delivery or technology-enabled programs in a software or SaaS environment
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI-enabled workflows
• Experience with AI agent frameworks and generative AI solutions
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences and stakeholders
